Eight Hours is one small room where dinner and live music happen together. The menu is built around comfort food done properly, with slow-braised shortrib at the centre, twelve tables and live music from six until eleven.

A room built like a small theatre — velvet, bulb light, a checker floor, and a curtain that closes behind you.
Everything here is staged for the long evening: dressing-room bulbs down the walls, a copper bar lit from a single glowing lightbox, records stacked to the ceiling and live music close enough to feel the room breathe. The lights come down at six, and nobody hurries you out before eleven.
